Design Concept:
The inspiration for this summer wedding was Ralph Lauren. Simple and classically chic styles met with bright fun colors and accents. The bright colors started with the pintuck linens (a timeless square quilted design) a key element to this event, from navy table clothes, light pink napkins and chair cushions to lime green runners the linens set the tone. We complimented the the linens with lush architectural monoflora designswith clear squared glass in a mix of alternating high and low arrangements throughout the event space. For the low arrangements we kept the individual pieces in monochromatic hot pink peonies, lime green orchids and white callas, mixing the square vases and candles on the table to create large pops of color off the navy table linen. For the higher arrangements we created an architectural garden piece, with a hydrangea base and central tall larkspur to give more height to the arrangement, creating a topiary effect. With the combination of flowers and linens we were able to transform the space into a bright simpley chic summer wedding.

We did a custom bouquet wrap with lace from the bride's mother's dress and a plaque from the bracelet the bride wore on her Christening, I love doing this because it really adds a personal touch to the bride's bouquet.
Bridesmaids carried bouquets of mixed flowers in hot pink tones including callas, stock flower and peonies.
The bright pink blossoms matched the bridesmaids shoes and created an effortless chic effect reminiscent of a Ralph Lauren look.
Card Table Piece, at the entrance to the ballroom the guests were greeted with an oversize topiary in hot pinks and greens, I like doing an exaggerated card table piece because I feel it really sets the tone for the even before the guests walk into the reception room.
There was a modified head table for the bridal party, we did a collection of vases in round balls of peonies, orchids, and callas in varying square containers with votives scattered in between to create a beautiful lush table scape, which looked simpley gorgeous with the colorful pintuck linens and gold accented chargers and chivari chairs.
The mix of high and low centerpieces really carries your eye through the room, the two styles completely different but the perfect compliment to one and other.
Low monoflora bouquets of callas, peonies and cymbidiums with large square candles created a simple elegance to the table.
Tall topiary style arrangements of pink hydrangea and larkspur over a tall square glass vase holding suspended cymbidium orchids created a modern, structural and elegant piece.
Love this look, reusing the card table piece for the candy bar as guests leave to give a sophisticated end to the night.
