How many personal flowers are you going to need?

(This includes bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, hair flowers, head wreaths- think bridal party, parents/grandparents etc)

Where is your ceremony being held?

What are you looking for as far as decor for the ceremony space?

(An arch or Chuppa, aisle runner, petals, something on the chairs, candles on the aisle, focal arrangements at the front/ back of the ceremony space etc) ***What is great about a ceremony space that is on the same property as the reception venue is I can reuse some of the elements from the ceremony into the reception decor, for example arrangements from the ceremony can be reused inside near the sweetheart table or near a bar, candles can be brought in to add decor to gift tables or centerpiece elements.

What are you looking to do in the cocktail hour space?

(Arrangements for the table, how are you planning to display the escort cards? Would you need some flowers for that area?)

What atmosphere are you trying to achieve in the reception space?

How many centerpieces do you think you will need and would you be open to/or like to do more than one style on the tables?

(even if you are just estimating on numbers right now that is helpful!)

What are you thinking of as far as your cake table/ decor on your cake?
